KiXtart 4.62 CHM file

Here is an updated version of the .chm file for the new KiXtart 2010 4.62.

Added the @ProgramFilesX86 macro, as well as updated some old links. Also added a couple new sections from the manual. Mainly...System Requirements, Installing, and Troubleshooting.

Please let me know if you find any broken links or other typos/weird behavior.

Nice work on this, so I hate to even mention it, but what happened to the Index tab?

Good question. I found the old index file, and updated it, and even included it in the HTML Help Workshop project. But I don't know how to get that tab to be included when compiled. Any ideas?

Updated the file. Figured out how to add the Index tab, and also removed the Favorites tab.
