We are trying to get our login scripts to process from a VPN RRAS connection. Some of the VPN connections run from Windows XP Home computers that are not members of the domain. When this happens, the login script does not use the RRAS username. It uses the local Windows XP Home username and of course, it is not a member of any groups, so no group drive mappings occur.

First, is it possible to have kix use the RRAS username to process the kix login script?

If not, we were tossing around the idea of using a kixform to present a 2nd username/password box that we could then supply to AD and pull the group memberships from AD.

Any other ideas?
