The time consuming was based on discussion about moderation on this board.
We all know: doing thing with fun doesn't cost much time.
Of course nobody starts a new site and new forums when it was already a problem
to contribute things to the internet community. Mostly when people building a
site like yours it will not be an one-day fly.
