Take a look at the code, the loop only loops through the decoder itself, not the preliminary stuff. Also, measurements are taken right before and after the loop.
With regards to the memory issue. I implemented the KiXtart MEMORYSIZE() function, maybe that one doesn't retrieve it correctly. I can switch it over to WMI as the performance counters require WMI, too.
