That's one of the questions to be solved. How to weight them. It'll need some tweaking so that a faster code that for example uses 10 more characters wins over the slower code. The current weighting is definitely not optimal. It also depends on the ranges for all values. Time has pretty much no influence for small numbers.
However, it's currently just a test anyway.
