Due to the KiXtart BBS being off-line this tournament will now start on
Wednesday, December 18, 2002 at 3pm EST (9pm KiXtart BBS)
Phase 1 (private) will run until Sunday, December 29, 2002, 3pm EST.
Phase 2 (public) will run until Sunday, January 5, 2003, 3pm EST.
The challenge will be posted into the 'General' forum and a package will also be available for download.
