Hey there young fella! I wrote many a .BAT file and .SYS file with COPY CON...
I remember having to edit large files in separate pieces with EDLIN and then merge them together with the COPY command. After EDLIN, my fav was ED from WordPerfect. It could edit large files in one piece.
Love my NotePad though now but still keep a copy of ED around.
