Was wondering is anyone knew of a function in Kixtart that will check which service pack is installed on a client Windows NT computer.

Thanks for the quick response!
What value does "$sp=readvalue("HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\Microsoft\Windows NT\CurrentVersion","CSDversion")" return?

And here is a script I wrote a while back. Not sure I would use it as it now days, but you might be able to gleen some ideas from it.
I wrote it for KiXtart v3.63, so I would update it to v4.x if I was to roll it out again myself.

hmmmm. not sure what is up with the UBB URL button, it keeps messing up the code, so I didn't use it. [ 11. October 2002, 19:51: Message edited by: NTDOC ]
