This actually works but it is just so damn ineffecient
dim $x,$A,$B,$C,$Binary

? "Binary Value = $x"
$A=substr("$x", 1,28)
$B=0a
$C=substr("$x", 31)
$Binary=$A+$B+$C
...I'll look over Joel's and see how he did this.
