You can automate this by redirecting the ProfileImagePath data at HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\Microsoft\Windows NT\CurrentVersion\ProfileList\%USERSSID% and then changing rights on the profile itself and the registry keys. This all of course requires local admin rights...
There must be an easier way? RESKIT tool perhaps?
