Got it. Just needed to replace the two files with today's date, right?

Found the trashcan in the "Show History" view.  I thought it was going to be on the main page.  Are you saving that space between Miscellaneous and Show Buddies for something special?

Oh, is there an easy way to hide it from the TaskBar?

Now I just need a few posts to see how this puppy runs. [Big Grin]

Didn't really think it through. Not the form, just the icon on the taskbar. When the posts come faster than I can read they stack up on my taskbar.  When I'm done reading them I right-click them on the taskbar and close them.  I oftem find myself accidentally closing BBChecker as well.  I think what confuses me (I'm easily confused [Big Grin] ) is that the BBChecker icon takes on the title of the last KiX forum topic opened.

How come when you 'Show Topic' on a history item the form minimizes to the taskbar but when you click the topmost item (in the grey section) it doesn't?  Why not just leave the form up, I mean why minimize from the history?

it has to be...
if it's not minimized, it will stay on the ie-window and that will start to blink in the taskbar.
it was so annoying that I had to do that...
almost loosed my mind with it.

So why doesn't the topmost link do that?

No, I have the slider disabled because of the bug.  I'm talking about the most recent topic that shows on the grey portion of the form just above the buttons.  The one you can single-click to launch.

oh...

well, the difference is that it is $form.hyperlink whereas clicking buttons and doubleclicking the history entry are onclick events.
they fire up ie.
I'm not certain what is the difference in the call, but outcome is different anyway.
it might be that shawn uses ie com or dde on that...

haven't found a workaround for it but I'm open for suggestions.

What if you made the list items in the history view all as $form.hyperlink instead.  Could you then also change the colour after they are clicked so you know you've been there?

Pardon my ignorance as I haven't learned KiXForms yet.

I wish, I wish...

can't use listbox or listview as collection of objects.

if it would be possible, I would have made changes already.
own posts different color, visited different...

just to note, I'm running currently beta1 with slider on. been on for 26 mins and no crash [Big Grin]

and, dunno what it is but I'm starting to feel a little exchausted.

mmm...
have to think how much my head can take this...

so, what's about a move button or border setting on misc?

if the post does not show up in history, all I can think of that there is old version of forms and that may not be as if you ran that package it upgrades it too...
