My director had the idea of purchasing all new PCs in our organization with CD-Writers for the purpose of supplying our end-users with a means for personal backup. Not really the best scenario for backup IMHO, but he's the director. Anyway, he wants me to try and script something.
The CD-R's come with Roxio ECDC Basic 5.2. I've noticed that there are some potentially scriptable objects within the DLL's for ECDC. I've looked on Google, but haven't found anything. Has anyone here tried to do anything like this?
I'd like to suggest a better writing utility, but money is limited. They probably wouldn't spring for a better CD-R utility.
