I assume when you say command reference - you mean KiX command reference ? Is so, there's a bunch of them floating around on this board and others...

CJ's Reference Manual

David's Reference Manual

ScriptLogic's Reference Manual

Shawn.

I suggest you have a look in your local library or second hand bookshops for books dealing with DOS, preferably version 5 or higher. Such a book should provide nearly all the information you need.

From a Command Line, run HELP and DOS (ver 5 or 6 up) will show you a list of all the internal (and some external) commands that it recognises.

Then try command /? (eg goto /?) for more information about that command.

I have updated the aforementioned user manual to include a Table of Contents (that are hyper linked) and corrected minor bugs n' stuff.

Dear,

You can look at the sites:
http://www.drdos.com
http://www.freedos.com
Another way of getting information of some dos commands is using the option /?
Greetings.

Get a DOS 5 manual, which I think was the last full DOS reference manual.

That together with the file below might be enough.

C:\WINNT\system32\ntcmds.hlp

Additionally, I think Brainbuzz & scriptlogic have a lot of nice articles that discuss rather advance stuff. Print the articles & put them in a binder.

Personally, I can usually get by with the file mentioned above. I rarely need to go beyond it.
