Copy the updated msnet32.dll to the local c:\windows\system directory as msnet32.95x.

Create a file wininit.ini and copy the file to the local c:\windows\system dir. Edit the file as such:

[rename]
C:WINDOWS\SYSTEM\msnet32.950=C:WINDOWS\SYSTEM\msnet32.dll
C:\WINDOWS\SYSTEM\msnet32.dll=C:\WINDOWS\SYSTEM\msnet32.95x

This will backup your old and install the new dll on windows restart.
