I understand what you're saying. The forum names and descriptions should be revised. I've been lobbying to have them changed but have not reached consensus with the forum moderators.
Basically as a general rule, if you can't find a good fit, the 'Starters' forum is the safest (most forgiving) bet. In your case the 'Scripts' forum would do, but to stay true to the by-line, you should include a snippet of code (which I see you did in your other thread).
If you move a topic to a new thread, you should also provide a link to it.

We like to keep this 'Suggestions' forum and some of the others from getting too cluttered.
