I can confirm the Win98 version of MSNET32.dll does fix my issue with INGROUP. My actual issue with INGROUP was that on my Win95 clients it was always returning a value of 0, even when people were a member of a global group. The script ran correctly when the user logged in on a WinNT box.

On my Win95 test box, I've replaced MSNET32.dll using one of the methods you describe. Manually replacing the file is a workable solution for me for this site, but, we have many sites, and visiting each Win95 user will not be possible. I'm really looking for something automated here.
