perhaps if there was a field on the new message screen to request kix ver. that wouldn't be to bad... but probably just overkill.
You can't 'idiot proof' this, as they just make better idiots.
Perhaps I'll tell the story of "if you get an email that says to delete a file to fix a virus, do NOT do it, as it will break your computer" email that I sent out to my office...
