For example, if you implement a loginscript under NT4, the programs located in your startup folder will start, while the script is executing.
So, you won't have to wait till the script ends, before the other programs will start!

Now try this on a Windows 95 machine and you will see that all the programs will wait for the logonscript to end, and then start...

With the "synchronise logonscript" registry entry, Windows 95 is supposed to start the programs while the script is running... but this doesn't work!
