Welcome back and thanks for the reply. I'm trying to 'read between the lines' of your reply. Are you saying that RC2 (build 49) may go gold? Since it is a 'private' build, it has not had the same degree of testing as a public release candidate. I'm guessing new issues crept into RC3 that were not in RC2. From reading Shawn's post,Is BETA ready for Prime Time
I infer that RC3 is not so close, yet the feeling I got from Ruud's comments are that RC3 is one build away from gold.
If we are not "sooo... close" with RC3, pehaps RC2 should go public for broader testing. I am curious though, what prevented RC2 from going gold at the time?
