Anonymous Anonymous Unregistered	This one feels similar in nature to the one I just posted, but I haven't tested this bug nearly as much as the last one. If I do a call to an external kix script called "driveerror.kix" it fails. I renamed the SAME script to "xdrives.kix" and it works like a champ. The filename xdrives.kix <= 8 characters while the filename driveerror.kix > 8 characters. I haven't tested to see if there is actually an 8.3 naming limit, but my zen senses lead me in that direction.

(i have a lack of win9x systems to test this on at the moment, but I have seen a call to the same script work on a win9x system using 2000 beta 1.) Bryce ------------------ kix.isorg.net

Anonymous Anonymous Unregistered	KiXtart just takes whatever scriptname you give it, and tries to open the file using that name. Kind regards, Ruud
