Map a drive to a share in the command prompt, then run this code in KiXtart Beta 2

USE x: /DELETE

where X: is the drive you just mapped.

You will find that it is still mapped, now run the same code in Beta 1 or 3.6x and you'll find the drive mapping cleared.

I have not tested this on Win9X.

More info:

This code gives an error:

code:

use x: /delete
@error ?
@serror ?

but this does not:

code:

use x: /delete
?
@error ?
@serror ?

The USE function returns an error 67 ("The network name cannot be found.") in the second code snippet.

I'll confirm this sighting....
It appears to "broked."

We saw this behavior (or something similar to it) in pre-beta with the USE command.

Looks like we need a Beta 2a real soon
