kix2001 now runs the script in a new and separate dos box. Is this by design? I can force it to run in the same box in NT/2000 by using start /b - but that won't work in 95/98.

We call it from a login batch file.

%windir%\system\kix32.exe %0\..\test.kix

Behavior is the same if the batch file is launched from explorer.

BTW, having functions now is sooo cool!!

This is the consoleless version. It only creates that window if you write to the screen.

Use KIX32C.EXE to behave like previous versions of KiX.

Oh man!! Just slap me... It's right there in KIX2001.DOC, page 8. I must have skimmed right over that...
