Rad-man, I only bring up the INI issue because a remote network share was mentioned. There probably is only a measurable difference if the Reading and writing crosses a WAN as in the environment I program.
Since I have everyone worldwide write to a single server for these special projects, I wanted to optimize the network traffic.
