Thanks for the clarification.

I assume that you wind up with a file that has multiple lines. Each line containing some type of field name, a delimiter and the value. Yes/No?

If you are using a seperate rountine/program to put the data into a database, do you mind me asking how you are efficiently parsing through each file?
