I've checked the KixRPC services on both domaincontrollers and they seem to be working fine.
Also the "Remote Procedure Call (RPC) locater" and the "Remote Procedure Call (RPC) service" are started and don't give any problem.

Should I reinstall the KixRPC service ?

You are referring to a kix.ini. I don't have that file on my system, could that be the problem?
