The problem is that most of the directories has system attribute set. So it is possible,
that your DEL command can't find them.
A good alternative to solve it is by using the DELTREE command. It works great even
when some files are busy.

A possible call can be
code:
DELTREE /Y "c:\windows\tempor~1\."
