how can I add a global group to a NT Local PC group through the KIX script.

net localgroup groupname domain\globalgroup /add

Thank you but what about error checking I would like to see if it already exists in the group?

If the globalgroup already exists in the localgroup, NET will set kix's @ERROR macro to 2.

Local access rights may prevent a user from adding to the local group.

A logon script, by default, will only have the same rights as the user that is currently logging on.

If the current user can not make changes to a local group, the logon script will not be able to make changes to the local group.
