Default Printer reads the default Printer from the Registry if it is mapped from a Print Server and then writes to an INI file (we use the user's share drive) and then it re-maps the the printer to LPT1.

The INI file is ideal for two reasons:
(1) If you have to re-image a machine for a user, they get their printer back.
(2) If you have the occasion where the printer "jumps" from one to another, just have the user log back in and they are set. However, you maybe right, we may need to rebuild some of the script as it favors the local mapped printer.
