Thanks for stating the obvious. We can see the Value's data, but do not know the name of the Value. Also, it doesn't look right to me with only one quotation mark.
With name in hand, we can:
$var = ReadValue($key,$value)
to a $var, use the UDF to replace the IP in the $var, and then:
$RC=WriteValue($key,$value,$var,$type)
it back.
