meaning that only reducing votings get counted as positive one's do not make a vote...
that whole topic was about easyness of the alt+255 I dont like the easiness in the compaq laptop: first press fn+scroll then press alt+kiii that's about the easiness. anyway, with normal keyboard it is really simple and fast.
and that is the reason for that topic. to teach a trick. also I'm glad you are giving up as you actually are winning all the time.
remember the time you were in 31 votes? I was in 30 with score of 3.70. now you have 34 with such on high score. I have only 31 and score 3.69!!!
I can see ppl not liking me. I just would like to see also the reason why they give such feedback.
I know what you mean about the laptop kbd. When in the office, mine is hooked to a KVM switch so my numlock is always on. Then, when I take to the road, I always forget about the numlock and it takes several tries to logon. DOH!
That's because I hack InitialKeyboardIndicators to have numlock on before logon on all the computers. Cuts down on HelpDesk calls but not such a good idea on laptops.

I'm glad that still you are there my buddy. even though I might make some mixup in top3, you probably will be seen there. the thing is, are we going to be both there or just one of us at a time...

Anyway, here's the update on the next Golf tournament. I was out last weekend house/dog-sitting for a friend and doing some server-rebuilding at work. And right now, I'm working on an 'Accounting' paper for my continuing-ed class (any takers for help? ). I'm planning to have the next tournament start on Saturday, August 17, since I will have time to be online and work on it myself during that weekend.

it does not matter by what way you count your strokes. golf counter version 3 is the best one for now... anyway, you can count them manually if you want. it's actually all about "letter" counting...
