No, HFNETCHK will tell you anything related to SP's. The link provided did include info that if a SP is missing, hotfixes that can only be applied to systems at that SP level will NOT be detailed with HFNETCHK. So, if Win2K SP1, HFNETCHK will not tell you about missing hotfixes for systems already at SP2.
