I've looked into this, too, and therer seems to be a way fo addressing the Task scheduler object if you install Microsoft Site Server, otherwise you're doomed to write/install your own wrapper to expose the Task Scheudler object. Therefore, I've decided to stick with JT.EXE since I don't need to register components or install DLLs.

Wow... some great research there. Thanks, all. I'm amazed (though I don't know why) that Microsoft doesn't provide a good, programmatic way to get to this object.

Maybe I'll just do some more searches to try to find better documentation on jt.exe. The internal documentation is pretty lame, and actually seems to be broken in places.

If I find it, I'll post a link.
