Of course it isn't always possible to return a definitive reac-
tion for a question, problem, comment or other issue.
Environments can be more complex:
- different kind of operating systems (windows, linux, mac, novell),
- sometimes very unique software are installed,
- sometimes cheap hardware elements much be supported,
- network architecture can be very different,
and
sometimes - in our opinion - obsolete elements must be supported
also, which cost a great amount of time for finding a good solu-
tion. Obsolete elements were introduce without having the right
support agreements f.e. four digits year and missing Euro symbol.
Also those elements prevent sometimes the usage of new elements
of your current operating systems, which can make the maintenance
and management more complex.

Of course we see also sometimes other sites, which inspire us for
new ideas. But we find the contents more important than the in-
troducing of all kind of animations which mostly required addi-
tional plug-ins and which prevent visualization of our contents
on different version of internet browsers.
