I was just re-reading some of your old posts ... a real trip on memory lane ... and just nodding my head about some of the comments you just made ... especially about the CENTRALIZE, DE-CENTRALIZE, CENTRALIZE, DE-CENTRALIZE thingy - isn't that the TRUTH ?
