Since you need to customize the shortcut for each user, Shawn's shortie copy won't do. You can do the Radimus way if you want (argh). Figuring out where the desktop is could be a pain depending on OS, roamies, etc.

I haven't tried MakeSCut myself but it looks easy. I'm always for easy.
