coming to back on thinking on this topic. I quess it wouldn't be so hard on ruud if he would disable string parsing. I mean, string context would not parsed for macros or vars. it also makes it simple to all users that the correct syntax is ""+$var+""plaa"+@ldrive+"plaa plaa"
this also, even thou it reduces the speed a little, makes it lot's of easier to error and syntax check your code.
still, there is other things for him to do too, but this could be tried in some future beta/rc.
