Well... in that setting, it should be no different than any other NT4 box. I upgraded my terminal servers to Win2K some time ago but I know there was nothing special. If it is a member server and you logon to the domain, I can't see how the domain logon script could be missed.
I have to assume the domain script is replicated to the NetLogon shares of all the DCs.
Awe heck, you should take it up to Win2K anyway. There's a world of difference.
