I just got to thinking... maybe instead of having the email address in the list, you could have a URL or link to their profile. Sorta like this one:
http://kixtart.org/cgi-bin/ultimatebb.cgi?ubb=get_profile&u=00000926 That'd get you the email address and a whole lot more. You could easily view their recent posts, send a private message, or find out they like beer! BTW, have you tried our good Canadian beer?
Also, if someone changes their profile, your page won't be out of date.
