I found a TechNet article (Q235557) that explains how to get rid of Outlook shortcuts. It's written in VBScript. There they use the ProfilePath = Left(DesktopPath,Len(DesktopPath)-8) to locate the Quick Launch folder.[ 18 October 2001: Message edited by: LLigetfa ]
