is there a war to make the scripts smart.
i have a library of logon scripts that work graet with 95, but now we are cutting over to w2kprof.
the problem i am having is my scripts install software and update's automaticly at login.
with windows 2000 professional the users local logon rights IE(guest)does not have Sufficient rights to install the software.
i do not want to enable the user to have loacl admin rights-i am try to keeep them from installing all the junk that users install.
is there a way to give the script the admin rights a logon

See my reply to your same post in Starters. http://kixtart.org/cgi-bin/ultimatebb.cgi?ubb=get_topic&f=1&t=002924

Posting the same question does not improve your chances of a reply. It serves only to fragment the threads. This makes it harder for others to follow.
