well, all userdata that is stored on client.
but, as i see it, admin-tool has full support for moving mailboxes to other server.
once you've moved them and kept the old server for a while the clients update their settings for the new server.
(this helps me to get over the problem that my mailserver name is to the worlds DNS servers pikval_exc which isn't supported for all dns'es.)
then just switch off the old server and leave it there for a week or so.
If no problems/errors occure then throw it out!
