Are you getting "Bad Command" when you try to run it from Kix or is this from a cmd prompt?If this happens when you are trying to run it from kix, how exactly are you trying to run it from Kix?
Another thing, I've used SU.EXE several times (bat2com and encrypted), however I've always pointed it a mapped drive. I haven't ever pointed it to a UNC. So I don't know if there are any issues with that or not.
