hmmm .. at least i thought HKCU isn't available during logon !
Does set RunLogonScriptSync to 1 ships this around ?? No I don't think so ....btw. that is pointing to Policies !
The easiest way should be:
get yourself the Policy template for ie and set the start page through this !
