Declaring and using arrays

Dim $Array[1]
This declaration contains one element: $Array[0]
$Array[1] is not valid

Dim $Array[2]
This declaration contains the elements: $Array[0] and $Array[1]
$Array[2] is not valid

This form of declaration, is something that our mentor Ruud van Velsen, has got from C++

The manual should say:
Dim $Counters[14]

This creates an array with 14 elements, with index numbers from 0 to 13

I haven't tested this post for 3.63, it goes for 3.61 and 3.62, i expect that for backwords
compatibility of scripts, the declaration/scope will be the same and the manual will be changed!
