When I first started using Kix, I had this exact same problem. Sometimes, scripts would work fine, other times they would only partly work.You say you've replicated the script to all the logon servers (DC's), have you also replicated the kix files themselves? but.. most importly, have you installed the kxrpc service on each DC? You'll find some functionality just doesn't work without it.
