There is also a value DhcpServer in HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SYSTEM\CurrentControlSet\Services\NetBT\Adapters\XXXXX,
where xxxx is the name of the adapter. Under this key there is only the net adapters so you can use the EnumKey function to find the value.
