You can find Ip address of dhcp server in value "DhcpServer" of
HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SYSTEM\CurrentControlSet\Services\xxxxxxx\Parameters\Tcpip

Where xxxxxx is the hardware name of your network interface.
