We have a problem with Windows failing to shut down, and I'd like to use the workaround suggested elsewhere on this website to take care of that. Since I'm new to Kixtart, I'm not sure where this line should be used in the script (I of course don't want it to ask the user for intervention; I'd like it to behave like an exit script in Novell):

SHELL "%windir%\RUNDLL32.EXE user.exe,ExitWindows"
