Hi,

I am creating login scripts to map the users home drive based on information stored in the the Domain User Manager.

This is the code I am using:
use m: /delete ; disconnects any drive previously mapped to H:
use m: @HOMESHR ; connects to users home directory as defined in User Manager
IF @ERROR=0
goto notes1 ; if no error, then skip to the next section
ELSE
color w+/n
at (11,0) "Personal M: drive not found. Please contact your System Administrator"
at (12,0) "Press any key to continue"
GET $x
ENDIF
sleep 3

In the User Manager for Domains, under the user's profile section I have entered the UNC path of the user home directory share.
eg: "\\server\username$" (this is a hidden share, but normal shares are not working). EVERYONE has full control of this share.

The above code is working NT 4, but on Windows 95 (OSR2 B) is failing. I have previously used this code on Windows 95 and it worked fine.

I need to use the "@HOMESHR" command, because user directories are located on a 6 different servers.

Any suggestions are welcomed.

Thanks

Brendan
