We are implenting MS Netmeeting. To automate the proces of filling the user profile we use Kixstart. (the script will capture First and Lastname, and the e-mailaddress (standard first letters of name, and lastname. Like my e-mailaddress)
The problem is that, the script I send You will crash Win95 at logon :

$USER = @fullname

$COUNTER = instr($USER," ")

$FIRSTNAME = substr($USER, 1, $COUNTER)
$LASTNAME = substr($USER, $COUNTER + 1, LEN($USER))

$EMAIL = substr($USER, 1, 1)

$TEMP1 = $USER
$COUNTER = 0

do
if instr($TEMP1," ")
$COUNTER = $COUNTER + 1
$COUNTER2 = instr($TEMP1, " ")
$TEMP1 = substr($TEMP1,$COUNTER2 + 1, LEN($USER))
endif
UNTIL (instr($TEMP1," ")=0)

$TEMP1 = $USER
$COUNTER3 = 0

do
if instr($TEMP1," ")
$COUNTER2 = instr($TEMP1," ")
$COUNTER3 = $COUNTER3 + 1
$EMAIL = $EMAIL + substr($TEMP1, $COUNTER2 + 1,1)
$TEMP1 = substr($TEMP1, $COUNTER2 + 1, LEN($USER))
endif
UNTIL ($COUNTER3 = $COUNTER)

$TEMP1 = substr($TEMP1, 2, LEN($USER))

$EMAIL = lcase($EMAIL + $TEMP1 + "@@x-international.nl")

SHELL "\\memphis\config\executable\winset.exe firstname=$FIRSTNAME"
SHELL "\\memphis\config\executable\winset.exe lastname=$LASTNAME"
SHELL "\\memphis\config\executable\winset.exe email=$EMAIL"

-------------------------------
If I run this script at the commandprompt it will continue, (nothing happens to Win95) but if I run this within the Logonscript, it crashes Win95. (it has something to do with the function 'instr' of 'substr', I think, because it crashed already within the first 5 lines)
Also I need to say : the functions like comparefiletimes, will also crash. (a few months ago)

Could anybody help me ?
